1. Warranty Coverage

• Our products, including HDPE Pipes, Ducting Pipes, Drip Irrigation Systems, and HDPE Compressor Fittings, are covered under a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

2. What is Covered

• Cracks, leaks, or breakage due to manufacturing defects

• Faulty joints or fittings caused by production issues

• Premature wear or failure under recommended operating conditions

3. What is Not Covered

• Damage due to improper installation, handling, or storage

• Misuse, negligence, or alteration of the product

• Natural wear and tear, environmental damage, or accidents

• Use beyond specified pressure ratings (PN4 to PN125) or temperature limits

4. Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty, customers must:

1. Provide proof of purchase (invoice or delivery receipt).

2. Share details of the defect with supporting photos/videos.
